We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I return an item?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please contact us before bringing an item in-store or shipping an item to us for return. You may contact us at 905-851-2001 x 29 or e-mail us at support@luxecanada.org to request for a return authorization. All online purchases require a return authorization prior to being returned or couriered back to our warehouse. This will state instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds and exchanges for online orders will be processed only if the item is undamaged, unused in its original condition, with its original tags, unopened packaging and original receipt, up to 14 days from the date of receiving.
Items marked Final Sale or ending in 0.96 cannot be returned or exchanged.
All face mask sales, shapeware, undergarments, are final and items cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds will be credited in the manner in which the payment was made. If applicable, the original shipping charge is non-refundable. If the order qualified for free shipping, the cost of the initial shipment (lowest ground service cost) will be deducted from the refund. Items that do not comply with this return policy will be sent back to you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your item was never picked up and returned to us, it will be treated in the same way as a standard return.
To return your purchase by courier, please contact us at support@luxecanada.org with "return authorization in the subject line for a return authorization. Please allow 1-3 business days for a customer care representative to answer back. Once you receive your return authorization by email, simply print it and attach it to your package. You may ship your package by your carrier of choice. Returns received without a return authorization will be shipped back.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), and lingerie, shapeware and undergarments . We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
